Cleaning to Suit the Stone
Patios go green and slippery in shady, damp spots, and natural stone shows it more than most. Sandstone and limestone are softer and can be marked by too much pressure, while porcelain and granite are dense and take a firmer clean, so we adjust the pressure and method to the stone.
Moss and weeds are cleared from the joints and the area treated to slow regrowth. Block paved patios have fresh kiln-dried sand brushed back in once dry.

Joints, Repairs & Sealing
Cleaning sometimes shows up loose or crumbling pointing between slabs. We can repoint those joints so water and weeds have less of a way in, and relay any slabs that have started to rock.
Natural stone can be sealed after cleaning to make it easier to keep clean. Some sealers change the look of the stone slightly, so we will explain that before you decide.
