Clearing Overgrown & Derelict Plots
Before a build or a new garden can start, the ground has to be stripped back. We cut and remove scrub and undergrowth, take out old sheds and hard standing, and break out tired concrete, tarmac or paving.
Nesting birds are protected by law, so heavy vegetation clearance is best planned outside the spring and early summer nesting season, or done after a check.
Our WorkAbout Us
Our Experience with Site Clearance
We are a family run groundworks business based in Staplehurst, and we bring over 20 years of experience to every site clearance job across Kent, East and West Sussex and south-east London.
The same small, friendly team surveys the job, prepares the ground and finishes the surface, so you deal with the people doing the work from the first visit to the final sweep.
We have worked on behalf of Kent County Council and utility companies, our team is registered with the Street Works Qualifications Register, and we are approved under the Trading Standards Buy With Confidence scheme.

Removing Spoil by Grab Lorry or Skip
For larger volumes, a grab lorry is often quicker than a run of skips, because it loads straight from the pile and leaves with it the same day. A skip left on the road needs a council permit, which a grab lorry loading from your drive usually avoids.
One customer review mentions us turning round a grab lorry job at short notice. Hardcore and soil are kept apart where possible so they can be recycled.

Ready for the Next Stage
Once the plot is clear, we can level it, dig down to formation level and lay a compacted sub-base, so it is ready for footings, a driveway or landscaping. Using one team for clearance and groundworks means no waiting between contractors.
